What is ZSPORTS LLC policy on returning items?
Most items can be returned within 90 days of receiving them. Items purchased at natural-is.net may be returned by mail, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below:
Items must be returned in the original ZSPORTS LLC packaging. That's why we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
Items purchased from a Marketplace retailer cannot be returned to
a ZSPORTS LLC or to zsports.org they must be returned to their Marketplace Retailer in accordance with their returns policy.
