Coach Z (Zenzo Ndlovu) is the founder of Soccer4Life and ZSPORTS Global, organizations dedicated to youth development through soccer and education. With a background as a former Highlanders FC junior player and University of Mobile champion, he has grown Soccer4Life and ZSPORTS Academy from a small community program into an international platform impacting hundreds of young athletes. His work focuses on creating global opportunities, including pathways to the U.S. and UK, while using sport to build discipline, leadership, and life skills.

Lindiwe Pamela Ncube

Lindiwe Pamela Ncube, popularly known as Coach P, is a former professional footballer who played for Highlanders Royals FC in Zimbabwe and was part of the Zimbabwe Women’s National Team setup. She brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience, having previously worked with Stamina Academy and Sporting CP Academy in South Africa.

Known for her caring nature and passion for youth development, Coach P has grown into an impactful leader within the football community. Since joining ZSPORTS Academy in 2020, she has played a key role in overseeing and driving the development of the South Africa program, helping shape the next generation of players both on and off the field. 

Amellia Chifodya

Amellia is a former Zimbabwe Women’s National Team soccer player who previously worked for an adolescent health organisation for 14 years as a youth mentor, facilitator, and trainer. Amellia is passionate about making a positive change and impact on the lives of young footballers, vulnerable women and girls in underserved communities. She has facilitated activities on sexual reproductive health and rights, sexual violence, and challenging harmful gender norms with youth, parents, and the community as a whole. She has a passion for working with youth in order to create life-changing football opportunities. As a part of ZSPORTS Global team, Amellia is super excited to play a part in impacting the lives of the young footballers.

Thembani Moyo

 Thembani Moyo serves as ZSPORTS Global’s Public Relations lead in Coventry and the Midlands region, playing a key role in establishing and strengthening the organization’s network across the UK. He brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight, helping position ZSPORTS Global within key football and community circles.

Through his work, Thembani has been instrumental in building relationships and creating opportunities that support the organization’s international growth and presence.

Meli Ncube

Meli Ncube plays a vital role within ZSPORTS Global as a key Public Relations figure in Coventry and the Midlands. He has been instrumental in connecting the organization with top football institutions including Coventry City FC Academy, Sky Blues in the Community, and Stratford Town.

With his children actively involved in academy football in the Coventry area, Meli brings firsthand insight, credibility, and strong local relationships—making his presence within the ZSPORTS Global team both strategic and invaluable.

Madinda “Khathazile” Ndlovu is a highly respected Zimbabwean football legend known for his exceptional skill, speed, and influence on the game. A former star of Highlanders FC, he has played a significant role in shaping football in Zimbabwe and continues to impact the sport through coaching, mentorship, and leadership.

As a ZSPORTS Global Advisory Board member and Brand Ambassador, Madinda brings invaluable football experience, credibility, and regional influence, strengthening the organization’s ability to connect with communities, players, and stakeholders across Zimbabwe and beyond.

Mr Gresham “Shino”Mtambo is a UK-based Qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Advisory Board at ZSPORTS Global. He specialises in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, providing strategic insight to support the academy’s growth and commercial development.

Alongside his finance expertise, Gresham has grassroots coaching experience, having worked with U10s to U14s as Assistant Manager at Coventry Sphinx Football Club, bringing a well-rounded perspective to youth football development.

Mrs. Bongai Dewa is the Headmistress of Gifford High School in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, where she leads academic excellence and student development. She brings valuable experience in education leadership, with a strong focus on discipline, holistic growth, and the integration of sports and education.

As an Advisory Board Member, she provides guidance on educational alignment and youth development, supporting ZSPORTS Academy’s mission to combine football pathways with academic progression.

Mrs. Nesisa Mpofu serves as the Corporate  Communications  Manager  for the City of Bulawayo and plays a key leadership role in municipal administration and community development.

Her involvement with ZSPORTS Global would provide valuable institutional insight and strengthen collaboration between the academy and local government structures. Her experience in governance and community engagement aligns with ZSPORTS’ mission of youth development and international collaboration.

Mikaela Frank is a Miami, Florida–based businesswoman and an active supporter of ZSPORTS Global. She has been closely involved in the organization’s international activities, including traveling with the team during the Coventry UK Showcase, where she played a key role in player coordination and team support.

Her experience as both a business professional and a parent provides a valuable perspective on player welfare, organization, and family engagement in international programs. As an Advisory Board member, she brings an important international dimension to ZSPORTS Global, supporting its growth and operations across the United States and beyond.
