COVENTRY UK SHOWCASE 2026

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING

This Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the participant and/or parent/legal guardian of the participant in connection with participation in the Coventry UK Showcase 2026 organized by ZSPORTS Global CIC.

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

The Coventry UK Showcase is designed to provide selected players with professional football training, competitive matches, educational experiences, cultural exchange opportunities, leadership development, and exposure to football scouts, coaches, and institutions within the United Kingdom.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS

I understand and acknowledge that participation in football activities, training sessions, matches, transportation, international travel, accommodations, excursions, and related activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

Physical injury, Illness or medical emergencies, Accidents during travel, Transportation incidents, Property loss or theft, Weather-related events, Exposure to infectious diseases, Acts of third parties, Delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond the control of ZSPORTS Global

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this program.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, I authorize ZSPORTS Global, its representatives, coaches, staff members, volunteers, and partners to obtain emergency medical treatment for the participant if deemed necessary.

I understand that all medical expenses, hospital costs, prescriptions, emergency treatment costs, and related expenses remain the responsibility of the participant and/or parent or legal guardian.

I confirm that the participant is physically fit and medically capable of participating in football-related activities.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

ZSPORTS Global CIC, ZSPORTS Academy, Brooke House College Academy, Program staff and coaches, Volunteers, Agents, Advisors, Sponsors, Partner organizations, Facility owners, Transportation providers, 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By accepting this Agreement, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understood this document.
• I understand the risks associated with participation.
• I voluntarily agree to participate.
• I release ZSPORTS Global and associated parties from liability as described herein.
• I understand that this agreement is legally binding upon me and my heirs, representatives, and assigns.
